Medze
The polyfunctional project Medze is set to emerge in between two city districts of Bratislava, Karlova Ves and Dúbravka. The project will introduce 452 apartments and suites, along with 495 recreational accommodation units. It will also feature generous public spaces surrounded by greenery, a kindergarten, retail establishments, and various other public amenities.
Designed by the architectural studio Pantograph, this project aims to seamlessly blend urban living with a direct connection to the newly renovated tram radial line while also offering proximity to nature. To optimize space, parking places will be conveniently located in an underground garage. This design approach will create a green community zone nestled between the buildings, complete with playgrounds and numerous relaxation areas for both residents and visitors to enjoy.
A key focus of this project is on materials of the highest quality, sustainability, the utilization of renewable energy sources, and rainwater management. Rainwater will be efficiently repurposed for irrigation of green roofs and park vegetation.
The Medze project will offer a range of 1 to 5-room apartments at various levels of standard fixtures and finishes. The construction is planned to begin in the first half of 2025.
