Florentinum was Penta’s first ever real estate project in the Czech Republic. The intention was to build a modern administration center that would meet all requirements by clients for high-quality office and commercial space, including the option of underground parking.

Florentinum offers 48,500 sq. m. of office space on nine floors with maximum efficiency and flexibility along with 7,900 sq. m. of additional commercial space comprehensively laid out for everyday services (supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, restaurant, coffeehouses, post office, notary, gallery and showrooms). The project also includes public areas at a 3,000 square meter piazza and 2,000 sq. m. at the newly renovated, historical Desfour Garden.

A number of renowned tenants have their offices in Florentinum today: EY, Havel, Holásek& Partners law offices, HSBC, Bank of China, Renomia, BlueLink, Fortuna, Dr.Max, Veolia, Servier, Penta – and a number of other Czech and international companies. Penta’s first development project in the Czech Republic, Florentinum was purchased – in a strongly-contested tender – by the Chinese CEFC Group in November 2016.
