Chalupkova
The upcoming office project, known by its working title Chalupkova, will take shape on a plot situated between Chalupkova, Košická, and Mlynské Nivy Streets, in one of Bratislava’s most prestigious locations.
Historically, the area was part of the city's significant industrial sector. During World War II, it suffered damage from American airstrikes, which led to the gradual decline of existing businesses and neglect of the area.
Today, this part of the city is transforming into a modern downtown, with close proximity to the Danube River and the historic city center.
The office building will be located along Mlynské nivy Street and will offer 18 500 square meters of leasable office space along with 1 000 square meters of leasable retail space.
The design of the building's facade is the work of the Prague-based studio Jakub Cigler Architekti. In its second phase, the building will expand by another 14 000 square meters of office space and 800 square meters of retail space.
Construction of the first phase began in December 2023.
