At yesterday’s Best of Realty gala, the winners of the 25th anniversary of the prestigious real estate competition were announced.
Penta Real Estate has participated within the Administrative Centers category and based on the decision of the Expert Jury, we have secured a fantastic first place with our flagship project Masarycka! The jury has praised the combination of iconic world-class architecture under the baton of the Zaha Hadid Architects studio, which sensitively respects the historical character of the center, as well as the successful revitalization of the extensive brownfield near Masaryk railway station. Thanks to this ground-breaking office and retail project, the center of the metropolis is more connected with Karlín and Žižkov, there is further expansion of public spaces and also a significant increase in green areas within the planned public park, which will be created by covering the tracks of Masaryk railway station with walkable platform. The project is LEED Platinum certified.
The announcement of a new member of the Hall of Fame team – this time Petr Palička, Managing director of Penta Real Estate – was a huge success and the culmination of the entire evening. Congratulations!
Best of Realty – a prestigious competition within the field of real estate, celebrates a quarter of a century of its existence this year. It is a unique platform for the evaluation and presentation of the most important real estate projects in the Czech Republic. The gala evening, which took place on Tuesday, November 14, at the Karlín Forum, was attended by leading personalities of the Czech real estate market. In this year’s jubilee twenty-fifth year of the competition, the trend of increasing quality of regional development was confirmed, and the best real estate projects from all corners of the Czech Republic can enjoy a deserved acknowledgement.
