The office building designed by Vietzke & Borstelmann Architekten, was completed in 2020, within the first phase of the multipurpose project SKY PARK.
Building designed by Vietzke & Borstelmann Architekten studio is a part of the finished 1st phase of the SKY PARK project, which recreates the former industrial part of Bratislava. The design of SKY PARK Offices is based on the well-being principle and disposes the WELL pre-certification and also LEED certification of sustainability. The offices offer functional working spaces of the highest standard.
The building disposes of 31.000 m2 office space, a park of 35.000 m2 and 7.000 m2 retail space.
SKY PARK Offices offers a digital key to access its spaces and underground parking. In terms of the accessibility, the SKY PARK Offices is the most modern building in Slovakia.
The second phase involves the construction of SKY PARK Tower, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Construction of the second phase is planned for the beginning of the year 2021.
