Penta Real Estate has launched sales of apartments in its new residential development at 25 Cuba Street in London’s Canary Wharf. Rising 174 metres across 52 storeys, the tower will offer 376 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom units to penthouses. Prices start at approximately CZK 11.7 million, and completion is expected in mid-2029.
Designed by Morris+Company, the project will feature a fitness centre with an outdoor terrace on the 32nd floor, as well as coworking spaces, a cinema, a library and study facilities. It will also include a new public park, one of the largest created in the area in the past several decades. The development is a seven-minute walk from the Elizabeth line station, with direct services to Heathrow Airport and no need to change.
25 Cuba Street is being developed in partnership with the Ballymore development group, with which Penta is building more than 1,000 apartments across three London locations.
