We build modern buildings according to the highest standards of the international certifications / PENB, we create new modern districts and redevelop old and neglected brownfields. Within our project we aim for certifications and energy savings. For example, we implement the usage of photovoltaics, green roofs and heat pumps.

For all of our Office and Hospitality properties, we aim for green certifications at the minimum level of LEED Gold, in thecity centre LEED Platinum

The company is governed by a seasoned and experienced Real Estate Board of Directors (with over 34 years of combined board tenure experience.)
As a stand alone investment company falling within the Penta Investments Group, we are governed by a clear Corporate Policy (COP)and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). All staff are required to be familiarised with and conduct business according to the professional andethical standards summarised within these binding documents. Each one of our employees undergoes mandatory and bribery trainings.

Social
We provide community gardens and terraces for our tenants and residents, exceeding the minimum requirement in order to enhance their work-life. This further includes children’s playgrounds, exterior workout areas, bicycle racks, dedicated grilling are, workout and shared space rooms.
In the past years, we organised several community and tenant meet-ups and events, such as Bory Fest, and participated in numerous district activities and always welcome mingling with our residents.
It is important to us to have an insight into our tenant’s and resident’s satisfaction. That is why we conduct regular survey which provide us with valuable evaluation and take away lessons.
We care about stakeholders in vicinity of our projects during construction works and also their completion.
