Expanding West London’s riverside regeneration
Phase 2 of The Brentford Project continues the transformation of one of London’s most ambitious high street regeneration schemes. Located just north of the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, and only a five-minute walk from Brentford Station, the development offers excellent connectivity to Central London, with direct trains to Waterloo in 25 minutes.
This phase introduces 373 new homes and approximately 35,000 sq ft of commercial space, contributing to a wider masterplan of 870 homes and over 150,000 sq ft of retail and leisure.
It is one of the largest high street revitalisations in London, designed to create a vibrant, walkable community along the riverside.
Key features of Phase 2 include:
- Access to site-wide amenities already delivered in Phase 1, including a gym, pool, and concierge
- A curated mix of retail and leisure, with leases agreed with tenants such as Morrisons, Gail’s, and Sam’s Waterside
- Strong transport links via Brentford Station
The Brentford Project offers a compelling opportunity to be part of a proven and evolving urban destination, combining residential quality, commercial vibrancy, and riverside charm.
