As soon as we complete the safety works on the walls of the pit left after an archaeological research, we will begin to lay down concrete foundations for the first two buildings from the Zaha Hadid Architects Studio.
“After seven years we have received an official building permit. This architectural masterpiece will enhance the surroundings of Masaryk railway station, which has been neglected for decades” Penta’s co-owner Marek Dospiva explained.
Due to the complexity of the building and its shape, the construction alone will take over two years to complete and the earliest Masaryčka will welcome its first clients will be in the mid-2023.
