At the end of last week, we received a legally binding building permit, and we can therefore begin the construction of luxury apartments directly in Vítězné square, Prague 6.
The estimated time of completion is forecasted for the end of 2023 and the sale of first apartments will commence this autumn. There will be a total of 93 luxury apartments in the 9-storey building, with layouts ranging from 1+kk to premium 5+kk penthouses with unique views of Prague and private lifts opening directly to your apartment. The apartments’ design will be in our highest standard – Platinum. This project will include a private garden full of greenery in the courtyard as well as concierge and reception services ensuring comfort and safety for all residents.
