Bory, the western gateway to the capital, had the potential to become a retail center for the western part of Bratislava and the entire lowland of Záhorská nížina. In 2003, its potential started becoming a reality. However, the sheer size of the area predestined Bory to fulfil another role; housing. In 2013, we began thinking about the construction of residential projects.
Our intention is to create a self-sufficient city district that will provide its residents with excellent housing. We understand that high-quality infrastructure and good transport accessibility are essential. Therefore, we have already invested 25 million euros into infrastructure, and we continue developing it further.
