The Residence Nuselský Pivovar project’s planning approval has become definitive!

We received a planning permit and will begin building a new city district in 2021, this time at the bottom of Vinohrady on the site of the former Nuselský pivovar.

There will be 450 residential units of various sizes and shapes, all with the atypicality of flats in historic, carefully-renovated buildings.
The architects of the entire project are CHYBIK+KRISTOF ARCHITECTS & URBAN DESIGNERS and CMC ARCHITECTS!
