The third phase of the Pri Mýte project was designed to create a great place for life. Once finished, the common areas will form a natural environment ideal for meetings and spending time together with your neighbors. Not only the residents of the project but also the entire locality will appreciate a promenade and a park with a fountain which will be accessible to the public.
There is currently excavation work being carried out as well as pile foundation construction.
