Another of our residential projects has celebrated the so-called ,,glajcha“ or topping-out ceremony! To celebrate this occasion, we have met with everyone working behind the scenes on the success of the project right at the construction site in Prague’s Dejvice. Anyone who wanted could also climb up to the roof of one of the buildings, which offered beautiful views of Hanspaulka, the Baba ruins, the Hotel Internation and even Prague Castle.
The Juliska residence offers 79 apartments ranging in size from 1+kk all the way to spacious 4+kk. The project, designed by Atelier bod architekti, will include a private courtyard with greenery, a children’s playground, a workout and relaxation zone, as well as a community garden. Residents will be provided with comfortable parking in underground garages.
