Bory Na Hrádzi, the fourth phase of the Bory Bývanie project, represents a quiet and green neighborhood that will appeal to both families and active young people. It offers many recreational and sports activities – a bike path, a car-free zone, multiple playgrounds, and proximity to nature.
The project will bring a total of 306 apartments in six residential buildings which are five to six floors high. The offer is vast, you can find everything from 1.5 up to 4-room apartments with loggias, backyards, or terraces.
Similarly to previous stages, there was a great emphasis on the landscape of public areas between individual apartment buildings. In addition to abundant greenery, residents of the new stage will also get to enjoy a relaxation zone full of benches shaded by a pergola. There will also be a full-featured playground for kids, as well as a separate outdoor workout area and a large ball hockey pitch.
