The Foundation Stone of the Vinohradská 8 Project

Penta Real Estate and PSN officially celebrated the start of construction of the Vinohradská 8 project. The new mixed-use city block will be developed between Wenceslas Square and Prague’s Vinohrady district, with completion scheduled for 2028.

Designed by Jakub Cigler Architects, the project will feature nearly 200 apartments, premium office space, retail amenities and a new pedestrian zone connecting Wenceslas Square with Vinohrady. The development forms part of the broader transformation of the area surrounding Prague’s Main Railway Station.
