Another project which is designed by the architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects is emerging in Prague. It has just reached its highest point. The structural work is thus finished, and we can gradually move on to the installation of the golden facade, which is much more than a building element, but a work of art.
The facade installation will be the most challenging part of the entire construction due to its atypical shape. The Masaryčka office building will display a range of interesting features such as a fan-shaped floor layout which will accommodate spacious cascading terraces and roof gardens with a total area of 4,200 m2.
Once finished, there will be offices, retail space, restaurants, cafés and much more. The Masaryčka project will thus enrich the civic amenities around the Masaryk Railway Station and turn the area into an even livelier place.
