The high-rise office building designed by Zaha Hadid Architects – SKY PARK Tower, has a building permit issued and is currently awaiting its legal force.
Due to its almost 120 m height and unique architecture, SKY PARK Tower will rank among the dominants of Bratislava and at the same time will be a hallmark of the entire SKY PARK by Zaha Hadid project.
Construction of the office tower should begin during 2021 and, after its completion, will offer more than 34,000 m2 of leasable area.
