This morning, we finally had the opportunity to ceremonially cut the ribbon of the brand-new entrance into subway B at Masaryk Station/Náměstí republiky. Thanks to the initiative and funding from Penta Real Estate, the cooperation of the capital city of Prague and the Prague Public Transit Company, the reconstruction of two metro entrances in a minimalist, modern and clean design has been successfully completed.
The reconstruction of the entire square in the neighborhood of Masaryk station is almost complete. The area is newly paved, a lot of new greenery and water features have been added, and the efficient use of rainwater has not been forgotten during the reconstruction. There are also green roofs, the maintenance of which will be ensured by Penta during the following years.
