Prague’s Vysočany is getting a new look!

The Residence Vysočany project – approximately 250 new flats at the Českomoravská metro station – has a winner of its urban development-architectural competition. We were delighted by the enormous reach of the competition, in which 138 architectural studios from around the world submitted their architectural designs for consideration. An independent jury, after long and arduous deliberation, unanimously selected a winning proposal for the future shape of the current brownfield in Vysočany. The winner is the Czech architectural studio ADNS architekti!

Their design respects the historic character of the building. The existing building will be complemented by the addition of new materials, creating a pleasant contrast between old and new.
