The Penta Group achieved a record net profit of CZK 17.5 billion (EUR 714 million) in the 2025 financial year. Growth was driven by all key business segments and further supported by the launch of Penta Equity Fund and Penta Real Estate Fund. More than 7,500 investors committed over CZK 15.2 billion to the funds. At the same time, the Group continued its ambitious expansion strategy backed by investments of CZK 24.5 billion directed towards acquisitions and development projects.
Penta Real Estate also made a significant contribution to the Group’s performance. In 2025, the company completed and delivered nearly 650 apartments while advancing a total of 15 projects under construction across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and, for the first time, the United Kingdom. The record number of developments is driven primarily by Prague, where the company is currently delivering ten projects comprising more than 1,800 apartments and three new office buildings in the city centre.
A major milestone of the year was Penta Real Estate’s entry into the London market. Through a joint venture with Ballymore, the company will develop three residential projects delivering more than 1,000 new homes with a total market value of nearly CZK 30 billion. In addition, Penta Real Estate is currently advancing three further development projects in the British capital.
At the end of 2025, Penta Real Estate reported net assets of CZK 14.5 billion, while the total value of its assets exceeded CZK 51.3 billion. The Penta Group also reinforced its position as one of Central Europe’s leading investors, employing more than 60,000 people and operating across eleven European countries.
