The Czech Investment Group PORTIVA is the new owner of the 11 500 m2 SmíchOFF office building, which they acquired for more than a billion Czech crowns.

Just like all the other projects of ours, SmíchOFF is a synonym for high standard in terms of the materials used, the quality of the construction works as well as its locality. SmíchOFF prides itself in having LEED Gold certification, the latest technologies and last but not least; a 1 000 m2 large private garden.

Although the Smíchoff office building is somewhat a smaller project for us, quality wise it meets the high standard of other buildings we have created in Prague. We are glad, that this property, which became popular for reviving the junction in Plzeňská street with a tram inside its reception area, was purchased by a strategic investor”, commented Pavel Streblov, Penta Real Estate’s commercial development director.

With regards to power industry, last year, we have entered into a production and distribution of heat; private equity division was then strengthened in terms of inspection and security of Cebia vehicles. Acquisitions in the field of commercial real estate, as the most conservative part of our portfolio, thus represent another logical step. We have decided for the SmíchOFF project in particular, as its quality and location unequivocally fit into our strategy that is focused on a premium real estate”, adds the executive director of PORTIVA group Pavel Svoreň.

The PORTIVA Investment Group focuses on renewable energy, commercial real estate, digital and IT services in the automotive and investment funds industries.
