Penta Real Estate continues to expand its presence in the UK property market. In partnership with developer Ballymore, the company will launch the second phase of The Brentford Project in the London Borough of Hounslow. This is already the third development being delivered through the joint venture between Penta Real Estate and Ballymore, in which both partners hold an equal 50 % stake.
The new phase includes the construction of 373 residential units with an estimated market value of more than £300 million. It follows the start of construction last year on the Cuba Street project in Canary Wharf and The Capston in Nine Elms, which together comprise more than 680 apartments.
As a result, the Penta–Ballymore partnership is now on track to deliver more than 1,000 homes across London, with a combined value of approximately £1 billion.
The Brentford Project will offer thoughtfully designed homes with views of the surrounding waterways, complemented by extensive green public spaces. The development represents a major regeneration of Brentford town centre, reconnecting the High Street with the waterfront.
Spanning more than 11.8 acres, the project will deliver not only new homes but also community facilities, enhanced riverside promenades along the River Brent, and a range of public art installations.
By combining residential development with civic amenities, The Brentford Project reflects Penta Real Estate’s long-term strategy of creating comprehensive urban neighbourhoods in attractive locations, while contributing to the revitalisation and sustainable growth of local communities.
