The third stage of successful residential project Nová Terasa, which construction started in 2018, is in its final stage. The project brought 225 new apartments to Košice, 321 parking lots and a green public area of more than 6500 m2.
The project offered energy efficient apartments with excellent layouts and large terraces overlooking the historic center of Košice.
Nová Terasa 3 follows the previous two stages and completes the development of the entire area with an emphasis on the quality of public spaces, greenery and playgrounds.
