New hotel at Waltrovka!
We have entered the hotel market and confirmed this by signing a 20-year lease with Deutsche Hospitality which is coming to Czech Republic under ZLEEP brand. The hotel will be a part of the ongoing development of new Waltrovka city district in Prague 5. Apart from the hotel, over time, we will also build here more office buildings, apartment buildings, and there will also be a central square with lots of greenery.
We are pleased that the new district will keep growing and that it will be enjoyed in various ways by passers-by, tenants, residents and hotel visitors.
