On 2nd of April 2024, after more than two years of intensive construction, the management and project team of Penta Real Estate had the pleasure to sign the Handover protocol with our key tenant: Motel One Group, delivering the new Cloud One Hybernská hotel to its portfolio. The new-built property introduces the first Cloud One branded hotel in Central Europe and apart from 382 rooms offers stunning views of downtown Prague from its new rooftop restaurant and bar – which will also be open to the public.
The handover marks the culmination of a long-term vision , business collaboration and trust on both sides. We are excited to deliver this milestone project, contributing to the further rejuvenation of Masaryk station area to our partner on time and can not wait for the scheduled opening in the coming days!
