In the latest episode of Penta Podcast, we had a discussion with Michal Rehák, the Business Development Director at Penta Real Estate, about the exciting changes taking place in the growing district of Bory which include new stages of residential development as well as public amenities.
Already today, Bory offers more than just the Bory Mall shopping center. There is the newly built Bory Hospital as well as a public kindergarten. We strongly believe that the responsibility for constructing public amenities shouldn’t solely rest on the shoulders of cities and municipalities. Therefore, we have plans to introduce further updates gradually, transforming Bory into a district where you can find everything in one place.

We delved into the progress of the planned tram project, shared details on the opening of a private school in Bory, discussed how many future apartments we are planning on building, and addressed whether the previously announced church and pub will truly be located in the new district.
