As part of the prestigious HOF Awards (Hall of Fame – Best of the Best) competition, the best projects, companies and personalities from the real estate market across the entire region of Central and Eastern Europe were awarded for the eighth time this year. This year, Penta Real Estate decisively won the Best Upcoming Development category with its unique Masaryčka project.
The announcement ceremony took place at the Fitzgerald Hotel in Prague. Masaryčka, the current flagship undertaking of our company, will become the new pulsating commercial heart of wider historical Prague. The unique architecture of world-renowned architects from Zaha Hadid’s studio will create a new landmark, regenerate the huge brownfield adjacent to Masaryk railway station and bring a new quality of everyday life to the city center. Masaryčka will welcome its first tenants already in September of this year.
