Currently, the superstructure has been completed and majority of the windows have been installed. Intensive interior work is underway – partition walls are being installed as well as , primary distribution of installations and plastering . We will follow up with the realization of floors and tiling. In addition, the installation of a ventilated facade is underway on the west and north sides of the villa, which we are expecting to complete this quarter.
The spaciousness and exceptional location are essential elements of the exclusivity of this house. The last 9 currently vacant units will offer modern layouts and functional equipment – integrated air conditioning units, exterior electric blinds or underfloor heating are a must. The expected completion date is the third quarter of 2023.
