Work on the Motel One hotel in Hybernská street has progressed significantly! The realization of the facade has started in full swing, intense work continues in the interiors as well – floors, plasterboards, walls, suspended ceilings, painting and, of course, complete installation of technology. A model room for the tenant – Cloud One Hotel by Motel One Group – has also been completed.
The design of the hotel, which originates from the workshop of the architectural studio Schindler Seko Architects, will have 7 above-ground floors with the last floor stepped back with a terrace, similar to the roofs of the neighboring houses. One floor with garages and technical facilities is planned underground.
Cloud One Hotel will offer 382 rooms.
