Penta Real Estate has obtained a final building permit for its residential project on Petrská Street in Prague 1. Construction is set to begin in the summer of 2026, with project completion planned for 2028.

The development will be built on the site of a former telephone exchange dating back to the 1970 s. Designed by the architectural studio Pantograph in close cooperation with heritage conservation authorities and the Prague 1 Municipal District, the new building has been carefully planned to respect the scale, character, and architectural identity of the surrounding historic neighbourhood. Selected architecturally valuable elements of the original structure will also be preserved.

The project will feature premium apartments, two retail units, an underground garage with 96 parking spaces, and a large landscaped courtyard.

The landscaped courtyard will offer future residents a tranquil green space in the heart of the city. Its design was developed in collaboration with the landscape architecture studio Flera, led by renowned landscape architect Ferdinand Leffler.

Sustainability is another key aspect of the project. The building will utilize heat pumps and geothermal boreholes to reduce its energy consumption and support the environmentally responsible operation of the property.
