Penta Real Estate has become a 50% owner of Bureš & Partners, which is now called Flet. The joint venture aims to improve rental housing in Czechia to a higher level and offer benefits to investors, owners, and tenants.

Flet provides comprehensive services – from property selection, financing and renovation to management and communication with tenants. This allows investors to increase the value of their apartments without any worries, while tenants gain high-quality, peaceful housing with a fair approach.

The company manages over 700 apartments, mainly in Prague, and has 25 years of experience. The merger with Penta will enable further growth and development of services. At the same time, Penta is expanding its portfolio and deepening its know-how in the field of rental housing.

Flet’s goal is to simplify real estate investment, making the entire process accessible online, transparent, and user-friendly. Thanks to its strong relationships with developers, Flet has access to the most advantageous offers on the market.

The merger of the two companies responds to the growing demand for quality rental housing and provides a solution that combines higher returns for investors with a better quality of life for tenants.
