We completed the biggest transaction of this year in the office real estate market – we sold the modern office complex Churchill Square by the Hlavní Nádraží railway station in Prague for more than 4 billion crowns. It has only been 3 years since we first dug into the ground.
Českomoravská nemovitostní and Corporate Finance House Group have just become the new owners.
