We are currently undertaking the realization of new red-tile roofs within the Nuselský Pivovar project in Prague Nusle district. Thanks to the sensitive reconstruction that is taking place as part of the entire project, modern architecture blends seamlessly with the preservation of cultural heritage. Nuselský pivovar offers original living in an exceptional location – at the foot of Prague’s Vinohrady and in the heart of traditional Nusle.

The overall residence offers a variety of housing types –  in a centrally located modern part, you will find apartments ranging from small 2-bedroom apartments all the way up to family living in 5-bedroom apartments. The adjacent carefully reconstructed buildings of the original Baroque brewery from 1694, where unique lofts are available, offer even more unique style of living!
