Work on the Juliska residential project is in full swing even during the (so far mild) winter!
We have finalized the complete foundation of the future buildings of the Juliska Residence and are currently progressing with monolithic superstructures (reinforced concrete structures).
At the end of the year, a trio of elegant six-story apartment buildings will be built to a full height on Pod Juliskou street in Prague 6, which will be located at the foot of a green slope near Šárecký údolí.
Juliska is in a highly private area, yet only 10 minutes by car to the center of Prague.
