The third stage of the Bory Bývanie project is characterized by its excellent public amenities, thanks to its proximity to the Bory Mall shopping center, as well as the large green park spanning over 8 800 square meters.
The greenery in the park was designed to be both visually appealing and functional at the same time, thus enhancing the overall quality of the communal space. Within the project, there are as many as 194 trees, surrounded by lawns and herbaceous borders, comprising 21 different plant species with a total of 42 647 individual plants.
The park also features rain gardens that collect rainwater and contribute to the improvement of the microclimate. The rain gardens are planted with more than 30 species of plants suitable for moist environments, ensuring their diversity and sustainability.
