At the beginning of the month, the third stage of the Bory Bývanie project received a valid occupancy certificate. The Bory district will thus soon welcome new residents.
One of the characteristic features of Bory Promenáda is its excellent location. Within walking distance, there are Bory Kindergarten, Bory Mall shopping and entertainment center, and the soon-to-be-opened Bory Hospital. Similarly to the first two stages, this stage is exceptional for its generous green areas, up to 8,500 sq. meters in size.
The Promenáda stage brought a total of 357 apartments, 488 parking spaces, three playgrounds, and a promenade that connects the entire area with important public amenities, to the growing Bory neighborhood.
