Last week, we have officially launched the sale of the first 86 apartments in third phase of Bory Bývanie project. The Project has a valid building permit, and the start of construction is planned for this year’s third quarter. Within third phase, the construction of eight apartment buildings offering 357 apartments overall is planned for the new Bory neighbourhood. Bory Bývanie 3 residents will move into their apartments in the spring of 2023.
Phase 3 of Bory Bývanie will offer the quality architecture designed by Vallo Sadovsky Architects and it will directly follow up on the first residential phase which has already been finished. Studios, and 1-3 bedroom apartments will be situated in 6 corridor-type apartment buildings with four or five floors. Two sectional buildings with six floors are also projected. All the apartment buildings will have single-floor underground garages with cells. Overall, 488 parking lots including 320 exterior and 168 interior parking spaces will be built up.
The Project includes a public park having the area of more than 8,500 m2 with the design based on a combination of pavements, greenery, children’s playgrounds, benches, and open spaces, creating an opportunity to spend a quality free time in the area.

We are simultaneously launching the sale of apartments, and the prices of Bory Bývanie 3 start at EUR 2,340 per square meter. Studio apartments are available from EUR 112,500, 1-bedroom apartments from EUR 141,700, 2-bedroom apartments from EUR 179,600, and 3-bedroom apartments from EUR 217,400. Currently, the first 85 apartments are available in four apartment buildings. The offer will be regularly updated and expanded by another apartments in another apartment buildings.
