At Penta Real Estate, we are continuing the planned optimization of our project portfolio, therefore at the end of the year we have completed the sale of residential project in Dykova street in Prague 2 – Vinohrady. The value of the project is in the order of hundreds of millions of czech crowns and the buyer is Fidurock. “Just as with the recent sale of Rezidence Dvorce, in this case it is also a matter of concentrating our efforts on our key projects such as Masarykovo nádraží, Florenc 21, Hlavní nádraží or 4.Q on Vítězné náměstí.
Vinohrady is nevertheless an excellent location. Dykova street and its immediate surroundings are full of beautiful villas, it is an ideal place for a boutique project, which we are leaving up to Fidurock with this sale. ,” says David Musil, director of residential development at Penta Real Estate. The existing properties in Dykova Street, which are the subject of this sale, have an area of approximately 3000 sqm. The achievable future sales area is around 5000 sqm. It is currently an office building, but it is located in a lucrative residential location, and is therefore suitable for its transformation into premium housing. “The purchase of the project in Dykova Street is not only a matter of our heart, as lovers of Prague’s Vinohrady, but also a confirmation of Fidurock’s strategy to expand the portfolio with other interesting objects that we can breathe new life into,” adds David Hauerland, CEO of Fidurock.
