The Victoria Palace building project became the ABSOLUTE WINNER of the Estate Awards 2024 and also won first place in the EXCLUSIVE LIVING category. The aim of the competition is to highlight the exceptional development projects that have been successfully implemented in the Czech Republic and to show that world-class architecture can also exist here. It is the first transparent competition in the field of development projects, which enjoys a good reputation and active participation of key companies from the industry. The evaluation of individual categories is entrusted to independent and respected experts from the field of development, architecture and design. We are very proud of the Victoria Palace project and look forward to seeing more projects like it!
