Masaryčka has won another prestigious award for its architectural and urban design concept for the revitalisation of a brownfield in the centre of Prague. We received the award during the Prague City Building of the Year 2024 Gala Dinner, which took place on 17 June 2025 in the Fanta Hall of the historic Fanta Building at the Main Railway Station in Prague.
This recognition confirms that Masaryčka is not just a construction project, but a real transformation of urban space, a place that combines history with a modern vision and brings new life to the city centre. We are proud that our project is among the buildings that are changing the face of Prague and setting a new standard for sustainable and quality urban development.
