Rosum
Rosum is a commercial building, located in Bratislava at the intersection of Ružinovská and Bajkalská streets, with more than 22,000 square meters of leasable Class A space available.
Besides offices, Rosum has a retail area for shops and services. The building was completed in late 2016, at a total cost of €28,000,000, from a design produced by an architectural team from Helika Studio along with public area specialist Igor Marko from Marko & Placemakers.
Tenants include News & Holding Media, TEVA, Covestro and Istropolitana Ogilvy.
In 2020, Rosum was sold to Austria-based ECE European City Estates.
