Penta wants to use the former brewery site for a residential development, which should offer up to 400 apartments in an attractive location close to the city centre. The listed 17th century brewery building will house office and retail space and the entire area will change its appearance and return to its historic roots of being a centrepoint of Nusle. Initial design studies feature a town square with cafés and restaurants and renewal of a street which used to cross the site.
