Job description:

  • conducting negotiations with clients on the premises layout, innovative approach to creating a work environment, interior design and premises construction costs;
  • consultation on and creation of a premises layout concept;
  • consultation on and creation of architectural studies of interiors;
  • assistance in the communication between the client and Construction Manager during the premises construction;
  • supporting the team during site visits of the premises according to the leasing strategy;
  • creating premises design, including 3D modelling and visualization;
  • responsibility for the supply of innovation in the work environment field, including architecture, interior design, technological processes, psychological factors, and impact on employees;
  • assistance in the process of reviewing the technical accuracy of future project proposals, including the design of the ground plan, technologies, façade connections, layout, and the form of the building core, etc.;
  • preparation of various ad hoc assignments according to the primary supervisor’s instructions.




  • experience in a similar position is an advantage (suitable for a graduate of Technical University;
  • advanced level of AUTOCAD is a must;
  • reliability, independence and 'can do' attitude; 
  • excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to learn;
  • English at a professional level, native Czech or Slovak is a must.
