On a vacant plot of land near Vítězné náměstí, Prague 6 - Dejvice, which is part of the well-preserved urban complex of Antonín Engell from the interwar period, Penta, together with Kaprain Group, plans to build a residential building which will offer premium homes and ground floor retail areas.
Jakub Cigler Architects studio managed to uniquely connect the modern contemporary architecture with the original architectural intention of the neoclassical palace look. Víťezné square by Prof. Arch. Engel from the beginning of the 20th century. Prestigious living with around hundred spacious premium apartments, underground parking and commercial premises with services for the general public on the ground floor, will be called Victorie Palace. The name represents the genius loci of the location, which has been associated with “victory” since the First Republic. Victoria Palace is synonymous with modern design and thought-out functionality – a place for a successful life.
