SmíchOFF
The modern office development in the immediate vicinity of the popular Anděl area in Prague Smíchov, offers over 11,000 sq. m of office space. The SmíchOFF building was completed in the 4th quarter of 2019 and received LEED Gold level green certification. It is a very advanced building with environmentally friendly technologies with an impact on energy savings.
The vacant plot on which Penta successfully built this development was created as a result of a demolition of older apartment buildings which took place during the construction of the Strahov tunnel. Formerly inaccessible slope was replaced by a modern building with a terraced garden in the inner courtyard. The garden offers residents an area of over 1,000 sq. m for rest and relaxation.
Penta has recently sold the SmíchOFF office building to the Czech investment group PORTIVA.
