Churchill
This project with one residential and two office buildings was built by Penta Real Estate and SUDOP company inside the consortium in Italská street in Prague 2. The location, within immediate vicinity to the town centre, represents one of the last unused plots at a prestigious address, known for easy accessibility and a superb view of the Prague Castle, brought back to life by Penta.
The office buildings Penta built by Prague’s Main train station offer a total area of 30,100 sq. m. for lease, of which 3,700 sq. m is for retail. The exceptional location and the fact that Penta Real Estate’s previous development projects won a number of international awards for their high quality were the reasons why the first of the two office buildings had lease deal closed at the very beginning of the construction. Czech branch of the international audit company Deloitte moved in at the beginning of 2019. Penta invested 60 million Euros into the Churchill project.
In December 2020, Penta Real Estate sold the Churchill office duo to Českomoravská Real Estate and Corporate Finance House Group company. This was the largest deal closed in the Czech office property market in 2022.
