Juliska Residence has received a building permit

At Juliska in Prague 6, in place of the former heating plant, a trio of elegant apartment buildings will rise; sensitively positioned at a foot of a green slope. This project will include inner courtyard with greenery, a playground, a workout and a rest zone and a communal garden. 

Thanks to the granted permit, we are already starting to build and the project is to be completed at the turn of the year 2023/2024.
